A Bird Eye View of Hindukush Ranges from Plane. Tuesday January 17, 2012 Today in the morning I went to office and then straight to airport to get the flight to Islamabad. The weather was good and the plane had earlier arrived from Islamabad and came from Peshawar this time to pick me up. Fortunately the usually out of order ATM at Habib Bank was working and I got money so that I could a ticket. At the airport I waited for it taking to an elderly but well-read man who had his masters done in 1962. Not many passengers were there and it seems PIA is quite in loss by the opreation of this flight. A main reason is the increase in Fares of the flight which has made the air travel not in reach of ordinary people in Chitral. A good strategy could to reduce price to attract the passenger going down country by road in this harsh weather. The plane was as usual with very few passengers and took along an elderly mother who was going down country for perhaps her checkups. I really e
