Nowadays there is a hot debate regarding budget allocation to various institutions in Pakistan. While it is alleged that 90% of the budget is allocated to Army, which of course is factually not correct, Army friends complain of the meager resources that have at unit level. So what is the actual position is question on the mind of every ordinary citizen like me. This was partial answer to my question and i hope you too will enjoy this book published by Oxford University Press. It is named as " Military.inc-Inside Pakistan's Military Economy" by Ayesha Siddiqa who has been a CSP officer at the start of his career belonging to the Audit and Accounts Groups.
