Photos show the worthy visitor being escorted by horsemen. Height of sycophancy and whoever has this novel idea of welcoming is perhaps least concerned about the peril being faced by Chitralis. Are we back to colonial era and a "Company Bahader" is visiting the district? The need of the hour is immediate and smart action and not gimmicks like this which is conveying a negative image of the civil service. ~Imran
